The rooms were fully-equipped and huge, had a shower, hair dryers, and guest toiletries. Location: the hotel was right by the sea, the "beach ", and San Pedro with exceptions of luxury;))

Loved having cable channels, a microwave, and a fridge in the room. the employees were very helpful and kept everything clean. the location was fantastic, being near the beach and San Pedro.

I spent 7 nights here and loved that. Everything was well-maintained as expected, yet the bathroom was quite small. The staff was very helpful, they provided an outstanding service. Location: the hotel was not far from San Pedro and nice restaurants and the bridge into town. Went to Losers Bar & Grill for drink or two, set at walking distance from the property.

This place has a great location close to the bridge, making it convenient to explore around, with really comfy beds, climate control, a safe, and a flat-screen TV - had a fantastic vacation here.

During my vacation, I had a cozy stay in this place, conveniently located near a restaurant, the island, and a dive shop for exploring the peaceful surroundings.

The room was beautifully decorated and really spacious with convenient amenities like a refrigerator, an oven, and a cooktop; the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the island close to a supermarket and shops.

The oceanfront room I stayed in at Tres Cocos Resort was exactly as advertised - spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as the flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The 5-gallon water containers hooked up to the fridge were a nice touch. The multiple balconies provided great spots to relax and take in the breathtaking sunrises. The location north of San Pedro town was a pleasant change, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Despite the slow and spotty wifi, it didn't bother me much because I was on vacation. I highly recommend Tres Cocos Resort for a fantastic getaway experience.

Close enough & far away enough from Tres Cocos. Staff met every request, including special birthday treats. Fantastic location, not too far from city center. Spacious, with full kitchen. Super-friendly staff. Short walk to Truck Stop. Good eating options nearby. Hotel arranged pickup/drop off. Nice stretch of beach for running. The resort offers condos that come with a full kitchen, which is clean and updated. The cleaning staff promptly provides clean towels and makes the bed. The resort has a nice pool and a desirable ocean view with free access to kayaks and paddle boards for guests.

The resort lacks in-room phone services, which makes it difficult to arrange tours.

We had a great start to our trip with a warm welcome at check-in. The location of the resort was perfect, being close to fun bars like Coco Locos and Dive Bar. Our room had a sea view from the balcony and was equipped with a kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool and beach furniture were great for relaxation. the resort provided a wonderful experience with its friendly service and convenient facilities.

There were a lot of ants in the kitchen area, which required some caution.
